Remove patient name, MRN, DOB, addresses, and any other identifying information per HIPAA Safe Harbor. Keep the clinical content.
Paste and submit
Optionally include the drug regimen so we can also run multi-drug attribution.
Receive the grading
Within 24 business hours you will receive an email with the AEs identified, the CTCAE grades assigned, citations to the source text, and the attribution analysis if applicable.
